The Founder
Jake Malky
Jake Malky is a Detroit-based entrepreneur, DJ, and entertainment executive who built MGEM Global from the ground up. Starting as a working DJ and event producer, he saw firsthand how disconnected the entertainment ecosystem was — talent without management, brands without the right partners, venues without the right programming.
So he built the infrastructure to fix it. MGEM Global is the result of years of relationships, real-world experience, and a relentless belief that the right connections change everything.
Today, Jake leads a team operating across talent management, event production, brand partnerships, media, and the MGEM Network — a growing platform connecting the entire entertainment ecosystem.
